Items are shipped with Royal Mail using International Tracked shipping, so your items should arrive 6-7 business days after dispatch!

All duties and fees are covered in the shipping cost and there will be no extra customs fees upon delivery.

I am currently looking into shipping to a select number of EU countries. If you are interested in a piece but located in the EU, feel free to reach out and I can investigate shipping to your country :)

I package every piece carefully and securely, but unfortunately ceramics can occasionally be damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and send me photographs of:

✦ the damaged piece

✦ the inside packaging

✦ the outside of the parcel

✦ any visible damage to the packaging

Please keep all of the packaging and the damaged item until we've resolved the issue, as Royal Mail may require these as evidence when a damage claim is made.

I'll work with you to resolve the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. You won't need to make a Royal Mail claim yourself, I'll handle the claim with the postal service.

Ready-made pieces

For ready-made and one-of-a-kind pieces purchased through my online shop, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without needing to give a reason.

If you'd like to return something, please contact me within those 14 days. Once you've let me know you'd like to cancel, you'll have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Unless the item is faulty or was damaged in transit, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Once I receive the returned item, I'll issue your refund within 14 days. Your original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Custom & personalised pieces

If your custom piece arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from what was agreed, please get in touch and I'll make it right!

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, my mugs are dishwasher safe. However, I recommend handwashing where possible to help preserve the glaze and painted details over time.

It is also important to avoid sudden changes in temperature since handmade pottery can be more delicate than mass-produced ceramics.

All pieces are made entirely by hand by me in my little studio, and you may notice subtle little signs of the making process. These are part of the handmade nature of the work. However, if you are unhappy or feel your purchase is faulty, please get in touch and I can make it right ❤

Each piece will be totally unique and can never be exactly reproduced.

I am very passionate about minimising the environmental footprint of my work. All of my packaging materials are plastic-free and recyclable with your paper/card recycling.
